Prayer AI provides tools to help you generate personalized Christian healing prayers based on inputs you provide (such as recipient, tradition, and style). The Service may include optional paid features (for example, downloadable prayer documents). We may update or modify features at any time.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. If you are under 18, you represent that your parent or legal guardian agrees to these Terms on your behalf.

3. Third-party platforms (including TikTok)

You may access the Service through links or experiences on third-party platforms (for example, TikTok, other social networks, or app stores). Those platforms have their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party services. When you leave our site or interact with a platform’s features, that platform’s rules apply.

4. Your inputs and acceptable use

You are responsible for the information you submit to the Service. You agree not to misuse the Service, including by: attempting to harm, disrupt, or overload our systems; scraping or reverse-engineering except as allowed by law; using the Service to harass, defame, or violate others’ rights; or violating applicable laws. We may suspend or terminate access for violations.

5. AI-generated content and disclaimers

Prayers and related text are generated using automated systems. They are provided for personal, spiritual encouragement and are not medical, legal, psychological, or professional pastoral advice. We do not guarantee any particular outcome. Always seek qualified professionals for health or crisis needs. You use generated content at your own discretion.

6. Payments

Optional purchases are processed by our payment provider (Stripe). You agree to Stripe’s terms and to provide accurate payment information. Prices and availability are as shown at checkout. Unless required by law, fees are generally non-refundable once digital content is delivered; contact us if you believe there was an error.

7. Intellectual property

The Service, including branding, design, and software, is owned by us or our licensors. Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not copy, modify, or redistribute our software or branding except as allowed by law or with our written permission.

For prayer text generated for you, we grant you a personal license to use, share, and print that output for non-commercial spiritual use, consistent with these Terms.

9. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE,” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT, TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

10. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, WE AND OUR AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND SUPPLIERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE IS LIMITED TO THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US FOR THE SERVICE IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM OR (B) TWENTY-FIVE U.S. DOLLARS (US $25), EXCEPT WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW.

11. Indemnity

You agree to defend and indemnify us against claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your use of the Service, your inputs, or your violation of these Terms, to the extent permitted by law.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may modify these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated Terms on this page and update the “Last updated” date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms, except where additional notice or consent is required by law.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where mandatory consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction require otherwise.
